Key Responsibilities

As a Pega Lead Architect on our team, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with enterprise business stakeholders and product managers to translate intricate business drivers into scalable, compliant Pega architectures.
  • Lead the design and technical deployment of decisioning rules, strategies, customer engagement policies, arbitration rules, constraints, and channel integrations.
  • Oversee data flow topologies, real-time segmentation strategies, and adaptive/predictive AI models to continuously refine decisioning accuracy.
  • Direct complex integrations across core enterprise applications, external data lakes, APIs, and messaging brokers while proactively eliminating architectural bottlenecks.
  • Serve as the technical lead across strategic Case Management, complex workflows, and enterprise BPM initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce decisioning architecture blueprints, development guardrails, performance benchmarks, and deployment standards.
  • Partner alongside Enterprise Solution Architects and the Pega Center of Excellence (COE) to enforce strict adherence to design best practices, data security policies, and zero-defect delivery.
  • Continuously audit, monitor, and optimize the production decisioning ecosystem to ensure optimal response latencies, system resilience, and scalability.
