Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Pega CDH Developer with 3+ years of overall experience (including 2+ years dedicated to Pega Decisioning & Marketing) to join our Production team in Chennai or Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting high-volume batch campaigns, while implementing advanced Pega Decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and multi-channel configurations. Key Responsibilities

As a Pega CDH Developer on our team, you will:

• Develop, monitor, execute, and troubleshoot high-throughput batch marketing campaigns.
• Implement and maintain Pega Decisioning rules, Next-Best-Action strategies, engagement policies, business constraints, and channel configurations.
• Configure and manage data flows, data sets, customer segmentation criteria, and integrated AI decisioning concepts.
• Design, test, and optimize offer flows, interaction treatments, and audience segments.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents to ensure high application availability.
• Build and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems, diagnosing and resolving interface bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with operations, QA, and business teams to deliver prompt defect fixes and functional enhancements.
• Build and unit test application components, participate in peer code reviews, oversee release activities, and escalate technical risks proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Experience: 3+ years of overall software development experience with at least 2+ years of specialized experience in Pega Decisioning and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Campaign Execution: Proven expertise in developing, scheduling, monitoring, and debugging batch campaigns.
• Data Flow & Strategy Design: Strong practical knowledge of configuring data flows, data sets, customer segmentation logic, and AI-assisted decisioning concepts.
• Production Support: Demonstrated ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex issues in live production environments.
• System Integration: Experience building and troubleshooting integrations across external databases, message queues, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Quality & Testing: Hands-on track record in unit testing, peer review workflows, and coordinated defect tracking with testing and operations teams.

Preferred Certifications & Traits

• Certification: Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear technical communication.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Proactive drive to learn, adopt, and deploy emerging Pega and AI capabilities.

Education

• Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate degree (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, or equivalent technical qualifications).
