Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our team. This role involves delivering robust Salesforce CPQ solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences, utilizing agile methodologies for efficient project execution.
You are all set to:
- Deliver Salesforce CPQ solutions leveraging the latest features to meet business needs.
- Engage across development lifecycles, employing agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Implement scalable solutions that can support business growth.
- Collaborate with multiple business groups to deliver impactful improvements and solutions.
- Assist colleagues with design and coding best practices, including conducting code reviews.
- Expand knowledge and skills through training and adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Provide insights to project teams to help solve complex business problems.
- Engage with Enterprise Architecture team to propose efficient solutions and contribute ideas for architecture enhancement.
- Ensure solutions are fully documented and ready for ongoing support.
- Assist with production issues as needed and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide accurate estimates for development work and consistently meet delivery commitments.
You bring in:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
- Required Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder I.
- Desirable Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect.
- Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies and development tools.
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while also possessing strong problem-solving skills.
Ideally, you also have:
- Familiarity with JIRA, Copado, and/or Certinia.
- Experience with CPQ processes and CPQ tools.
