As a PEGA Lead Decisioning Architect, you'll utilize your extensive PEGA expertise and leadership skills to design, develop, and implement robust PEGA solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business value.
You are all set to:
- Design and implement a unified decisioning framework capable of handling both real-time and batch decisioning for Next-Best-Offer presentations across various channels.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand decision requirements and translate them into effective PEGA solutions.
- Develop and deploy decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configurations.
- Manage data flows, segmentation strategies, and leverage AI concepts to optimize decisioning models.
- Ensure seamless integration with other systems and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Lead complex PEGA projects including Case Management and BPM implementations.
- Define and implement decisioning architecture, standards, and optimization strategies.
- Partner with solution architects and the PEGA COE to ensure compliance with architecture guidelines, security requirements, and development standards.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the decisioning framework for performance and effectiveness.
You bring in:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in PEGA development and implementation.
- Expertise in PEGA PRPC, CDH implementations, and cloud deployments.
- In-depth knowledge of PEGA Decisioning and PEGA Marketing functionalities.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing decisioning architecture, rules, and strategies.
- Strong understanding of data flows, segmentation, and AI concepts.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering PEGA projects (Case Management, BPM)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Ideally, you also have:
- PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) (highly preferred).
- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) (highly preferred).
- PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) (highly preferred).
- PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA Part-1 & Part-2).
- Completion of PEGA Lead Decisioning Architect mission on PDN (a plus).
- PEGA Certified Senior Marketing Consultant (PCSMC) (a plus).
- PEGA Certified Data Scientist (a plus).
