Job Description
We are hiring a Pega CDH Developer with experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns, as well as implementing Pega Decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
You are all set to:
- Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot batch campaigns.
- Implement Pega Decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
- Manage and implement changes to data flows, segmentation, and AI concepts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Develop integration with other systems and resolve integration issues.
- Coordinate with operations and testing teams to provide defect fixes and bug fixes.
- Build and unit test application components, manage development activities, perform peer reviews, and escalate technical issues.
- Configure data flows and data sets, and design offer flows and segments.
You bring in:
- 2+ years of experience in Pega Decisioning and marketing.
- Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns.
- Knowledge of data flows, segmentation, and AI concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Experience in developing integration with other systems and resolving integration issues.
- Coordination skills with operations and testing teams to provide defect fixes and bug fixes.
- Experience in building and unit testing application components, managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issues.
- Knowledge of configuring data flows and data sets, and designing offer flows and segments.
Ideally, you also have:
- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
