Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, passionate ReactJS Developer with 3+ years of professional software engineering experience to join our growing engineering team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, engineer, and optimize responsive, user-centric web interfaces using React, TypeScript, modern React Hooks, and scalable state management architectures. You will collaborate directly with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to build resilient, pixel-perfect, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a ReactJS Developer on our team, you will:

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable modular frontend code using React, TypeScript, and modern React Hooks.
• Design and integrate robust HTTP RESTful API calls to fetch, mutate, and synchronize data efficiently with backend microservices.
• Implement and manage complex client-side application state using industry-standard libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Partner closely with UI/UX design teams to translate design tokens, wireframes, and interactive mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts.
• Conduct constructive peer code reviews, enforce design systems, and ensure code cleanliness and adherence to team style guides.
• Troubleshoot, profile, and debug intricate UI and network performance issues to ensure minimal latency and fluid interaction.
• Stay abreast of frontend advancements, community standards, and modern libraries, proactively proposing improvements to our tech stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of software development experience with 2+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in React development, TypeScript, React Hooks, and RESTful API integration.
• State Management: Strong proficiency managing application state effectively using Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
• UI/UX & Responsiveness: Solid grasp of UI/UX design principles, responsive web design patterns, and cross-browser CSS implementation.
• Engineering Practices: Proficiency with Git version control systems, modern branch workflows, and Agile/Scrum sprint methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical debugging capabilities with keen attention to detail and structural quality.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Credentials

• Experience with automated frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Familiarity with asynchronous server-state and modern client tools such as TanStack Query (React Query) and Zustand
• Contributions to open-source software or active participation in frontend developer communities is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any Graduate / Post Graduate qualification.
