Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer with 6+ years of dedicated experience across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and development of model-driven and canvas-driven Power Apps, automate mission-critical workflows with Power Automate (Flow), and deliver rich business insights utilizing Power BI. You will apply advanced Power Apps formulas, implement M365 security and access governance, author PowerShell automation scripts, and manage enterprise licensing models and connector integrations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Power Apps Developer on our team, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Power Apps model-driven and canvas-driven applications for enterprise operations.
• Architect and implement automated business process flows and develop custom connectors using Power Automate (Flow).
• Integrate Power Automate seamlessly with broader Microsoft Power Platform tools, third-party systems, and external API connectors.
• Configure, implement, and maintain role-based access management, security roles, and permissions for Power Apps across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Author, deploy, and maintain PowerShell scripts to streamline platform administration and environment automation.
• Leverage advanced Power Apps formulas, expressions, and software development best practices to ensure high platform responsiveness.
• Evaluate, recommend, and govern Power Apps and Power Automate licensing plans, capacities, and feature releases across enterprise tenants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Total Experience: Minimum 6+ years of proven professional experience working across the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate Flow, and Power BI).
• Power Apps Mastery: Deep expertise in Power Apps formula language, expressions, development patterns, and component lifecycle management.
• Workflow Automation: Advanced proficiency in designing and implementing multi-stage cloud and business process flows within Power Automate.
• Scripting & Automation: Strong practical experience creating and managing PowerShell scripts for administration, deployment, and operational automation.
• Security & M365 Governance: In-depth understanding of Access setup, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, environments, and security roles for Power Apps within M365.
• Connector Integration: Demonstrated ability to build, configure, and integrate Power Automate workflows using standard, premium, and custom connectors.
• Licensing & Architecture: Sound understanding of Microsoft Power Platform licensing plans, service limits, tenant capacities, and associated feature tiers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Official Microsoft Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600).
• Extensive hands-on experience building complex model-driven architectures utilizing Microsoft Dataverse.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise M365 tenant management, SharePoint Online integration, and Azure AD (Entra ID) configuration.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any Graduate / Post Graduate qualification.
