Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Flutter Developer with 4+ years of experience to lead the design and development of our cross-platform mobile, web, and desktop applications. In this role, you will apply your deep technical expertise in Flutter and Dart, driving modern architectural patterns, robust state management, thorough automated testing, and engineering best practices. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional IT teams, product designers, and researchers to engineer responsive, production-ready applications and release premier software solutions across multiple application stores.

Key Responsibilities

As a Flutter Developer on our team, you will:

• Develop, test, and deploy robust, high-performance, and scalable mobile, web, and desktop applications using Flutter.
• Lead the end-to-end application development lifecycle from architectural concept and UI implementation through production deployment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex application defects, performance bottlenecks, and runtime issues during development and production.
• Architect, implement, and maintain modular, reusable front-end UI components and customized Flutter widgets.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, UI/UX designers, and researchers to fulfill strategic business objectives.
• Author rigorous Unit and Integration test suites to guarantee ongoing code quality, stability, and high test coverage.
• Participate actively in RESTful API integrations, backend service connections, and constructive peer code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Total Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years of dedicated hands-on Flutter app development.
• Flutter & Dart Expertise: Mastery of Dart programming, the Flutter framework, and responsive widget layout construction across various display factors.
• Architecture & Design Patterns: Strong practical knowledge of clean architecture models, notably MVC and MVVM design patterns.
• State Management: Proven experience implementing scalable state management solutions using frameworks such as BLoC or GetX.
• Cloud & MBaaS: Solid hands-on working knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics) and Mobile Backend as a Service (MBaaS) architectures.
• Data & Versioning: Hands-on proficiency in parsing JSON data structures, consuming REST APIs, and utilizing Git for collaborative version control.
• Store Publishing: Verifiable track record of building, signing, and publishing production-ready applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Engineering Practices: Working familiarity with Agile methodologies, automated testing methodologies, and modern CI/CD delivery pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience in native mobile application development for Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Knowledge of modern HTML5 standards, web performance optimization, and foundational cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with design systems, Material-UI (MUI), and design handoff workflows in Figma.
• Background in setting up automated deployment pipelines and fastlane integrations for mobile applications.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any Graduate / Post Graduate qualification.
